Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and high-performing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join us. We value our team and work hard to ensure that we have a cooperative, engaging, and communicative relationship.Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals requiring long-term care
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed
- Engage with individuals in social activities and exercises
- Support clients with household tasks and light housekeeping duties
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Experience:
- Prior experience in caregiving, social work, or related fields is required
- Proficiency in medication reminders and patient care practices

- Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving or related field
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred

- Familiarity with ADLs and patient observation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of social work principles
- CNA certification preferred
- Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
