We are seeking a compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregiver to support clients in their daily activities within the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of empathy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. As an In Home Caregiver, you will assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily routines while fostering a safe and supportive environment. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. Support mobility and transfer needs using proper techniques to ensure safety. Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living space. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals. Administer medication reminders as prescribed by healthcare providers. Follow care plans accurately while respecting clients' preferences and dignity. Previous experience in home health care or related caregiving roles is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Knowledge of safety protocols for mobility assistance and personal care tasks. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
