Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Home Health Aide at Allied Caregivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate with our clients and office to ensure our clients are comfortable, safe, and receive assistance with their daily tasks. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you care for.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with everyday activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Run light errands and maintain a clean and cozy home environment for clients. Provide companionship and be an extra set of eyes to ensure client safety. Document shift notes using our simple mobile app. Engage with clients in a caring manner, promoting their comfort and dignity.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. A high school diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age and comfortable with personal care tasks. A Blood TB Test and Physical A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Bonus If You:
Have experience in personal care or home caregiving. Are a registered LNA or RN Are familiar with the use of mobile applications for documentation.
Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position with flexible availability everyday of the week.
