Job Description

at Counseling Service of Addison County in Middlebury, Vermont, United States Job Description Join a team of dedicated support for individuals who experience developmental disabilities in their home in Middlebury. The home offers a therapeutic and fun environment that incorporates such values as empowerment, choice and respect. This position provides direct care to the residents, and helps them build daily living/social skills and achieve personal goals according to their support plans. Patience, good judgment, attention to details and flexibility necessary. Experience with personal care and medical oversight for this population a plus. HS diploma/equivalent and good driving record required. 40.5 hours/week with 2 overnights (sleep overnight). Annual compensation 39K. A sign on bonus up to $500.
