Kitsap Tenant Support Services, Inc. is a long established company and has been providing services for Developmentally Disabled and Aging, Vulnerable adults in Kitsap County for over 40 years. We are currently looking for direct service staff to work with our clients in their homes. There is no experience required. All training is completed by our trainer in our offices. All skill training is hands on. All training is paid if you are an employee of our company. Some of the daily responsibilities of our direct service staff include the following: Non-Medical in-home care assistance Food and nutrition, helping prep meals, cooking meals Personal hygiene, bathing , mobility Transportation, Dr. appointments, essential shopping, outings Kitsap Tenant Support Services, Inc. offers for our direct service staff: Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Vacation Pay Sick Leave Holiday Pay Flexible Hours $23.50- $25.50 Per hour Starting Wage Qualifications and Requirements for this position include: Passing a Criminal Background Check/Fingerprinting High School Diploma/GED/High School Transcripts depending on job division Valid Washington State Drivers License Ability to drive clientele in your own vehicle or Kitsap Vanlink van Must be 18 years of age Proof of vehicle insurance carrying 100,000/300,000 bodily injury depending on job division Drivers Abstract '
