Full-time | Every other weekend availability About Silver Acres Silver Acres Adult Family Home is a nurse-led, family-owned home providing high-quality, compassionate care for up to eight residents in a warm, supportive setting. Our team prides itself on professionalism, teamwork, and the belief that every resident deserves to feel safe, respected, and loved. We're looking for caring, dependable people who want to make a difference every day. What You'll Do As a Caregiver (CNA/HCA) , you'll be part of a small, supportive team that provides hands-on care and meaningful companionship to residents.Daily tasks include:
Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Helping residents move safely and comfortably. Providing medication assistance per nurse delegation and policy. Serving meals and assisting during mealtimes. Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive environment . Reporting changes in condition and communicating with the nurse and management team. Responding to emergencies calmly and promptly. Promoting dignity, privacy, and respect for each resident. Requirements Active Washington State CNA or HCA license (Required)- must be in good standing. Able to read, write, and communicate in English. Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude. 12 hours of continuing education per year (Required). Preferred (but not required): Dementia & Mental Health Specialty Training Nurse Delegation Certification Prior Adult Family Home or long-term care experience Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay ($18
