•Courtesy post, not a MasterCare In Home Service Providers client. This job is for a private individual who will screen, interview, select, and train the right person•
Graham, WA Pay:
Approximately $23.54-$27.28/hour through Washington State's Consumer Direct (CDWA) Individual Provider program, depending on classification and applicable wage rates. Paid training and benefits available for eligible caregivers. Are you looking for meaningful work that fits around another job, school, or family schedule? A friendly, intelligent healthcare worker who is a quadriplegic is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to join his care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help someone maintain his independence while becoming part of a supportive and established caregiving team. Schedule Every Thursday & Friday & Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Hours:
4:30 AM-6:30 AM Up to 4:30 AM-8:30 AM if a 4-hour shift is preferred.
Responsibilities Morning care may include:
Safe transfers Personal care Dressing and grooming Preparing breakfast Packing lunch Getting ready for work Light household tasks as time allows Ensuring a smooth start to the day About the Client Professional healthcare worker Friendly and easy to work with Values reliability, communication, and teamwork Established caregiving team already in place Qualifications Compassionate and dependable Comfortable assisting with transfers and personal care Able to pass the required Washington State background check Eligible to become a Washington State Individual Provider (IP) through Consumer Direct (CDWA) Current HCA or CNA license welcomed If not currently certified, paid training is available through CDWA Why You'll Love This Position ✔ Consistent schedule ✔ Finish your work early and have the rest of your day free ✔ Supportive client and established caregiving team ✔ Paid training ✔ Benefits available through CDWA if eligible ✔ Make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life To Apply Please tell us a little about yourself, your caregiving experience (if any), and why you're interested in joining the team.
