Direct Care Staff - Graveyard shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking 1 full-time Graveyard Direct Care Staff member to work with homeless teenagers at My Friends Place teen shelter in Kennewick. This position is Friday 11:59 PM

• Noon, Saturday 11:59 PM
• Noon, & Sunday 11:59 PM
• 9AM.

Duties:

• Provide a safe and stable environment.
• Mentor vulnerable teens.
• Teach life skills.
• Cleaning, organizing, and cooking.
• Maintain daily logs, write reports, complete intakes, and maintain files.
• Medication Management.
• Ability to work as a team.

Requirements:

• Experience working with vulnerable populations. Education can substitute for experience.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma with 1 year experience
• or• an AA with 6 months months experience •or• a bachelor's degree.
• Must be able to pass a WSP and Ca/N background check.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
