If you love working with children and want to be part of a professional, supportive team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide attentive, engaging, and safe childcare. Plan age-appropriate activities and play. Prepare simple meals and snacks for children. Assist with children's laundry and light household tasks related to the children. Maintain routines established by parents. Communicate professionally with families and the HeartBridge team. Transport children when requested (must use your own insured vehicle if accepting transportation assignments). Create a positive, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years preferred (select positions may be available for qualified applicants ages 16-17). High school diploma or equivalent required. CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain before employment). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Clean driving record for transportation positions. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Strong communication skills. Previous childcare experience preferred, but motivated applicants are encouraged to apply. Pay Babysitters $18-$20 per hour Nannies $22-$26 per hour Pay is determined by experience, certifications, responsibilities, and the family's needs.
