$23.00-$25.00/hour Weekly pay every Friday Full-time and part-time caregiver opportunities Flexible caregiver scheduling Paid sick time and PTO Paid holidays (if applicable) Paid caregiver training and first-shift support Free continuing education through Relias 401(k) with company match Career advancement for dedicated caregivers Safe, inspected client homes Caregiver Responsibilities As a caregiver, you will: Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Assist clients with medication reminders Transport clients to appointments and errands Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping Perform light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Support clients with mobility and range-of-motion exercises Observe and report client condition changes Deliver compassionate caregiver support according to care plans Caregiver Requirements To qualify for this caregiver role, you must: Hold active Washington State CNA or HCA certification Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance Be a reliable and compassionate caregiver Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care Be comfortable working around pets and occasional smoke exposure Have availability for consistent caregiver shifts This agency is independently owned and operated.
