5x holiday differential pay on major holidays Caregiver/client referral bonus Weekly direct deposit Mileage reimbursement 20+ hours/week opportunities available for experienced caregivers, CNAs, and HCAs Who We're Looking For We welcome passionate home care caregivers who are: Conversational or fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (required) Compassionate and dependable Experienced (1 year preferred) CNA or HCA certified in Washington State Able to pass a background check Capable of assisting with ADLs Have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide and you speak Mandarin or Cantonese, you are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do As a caregiver / CNA / HCA supporting Chinese-speaking clients, you will support seniors with: Companionship and conversation in Mandarin or Cantonese Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting Meal prep (including familiar Chinese cuisine when requested) and medication reminders Light housekeeping Transportation to appointments and errands Creating a safe, comfortable, culturally familiar home environment Perform specialized care engagement programs we designed Benefits of Joining A Place At Home
