A Caregiver or Personal Care Aide provides non-medical care for adults, including elderly and disabled people, typically in their own homes. Assists clients with daily tasks including bathing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping; may also provide transportation for appointments and errands. These roles do not always require formal certification.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide in-home support services to our clients in Olympia and surrounding areas. As a caregiver with No Worries Care, you'll build meaningful relationships with clients while assisting with activities of daily living and supporting their overall well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry related to client care Document and communicate client needs and changes to supervisory staff Respect client independence, dignity, and privacy at all times Transport clients to medical appointments and errands as assigned Follow established care plans and protocols Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy home environment for clients Respond promptly and professionally to client and supervisor communications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (acceptable driving record policy applies) Washington State HCA Certification (Home Care Aide) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to assist with client mobility and care needs Flexibility with scheduling, including some evenings and weekends Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism CPR certification (preferred; training can be provided)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare settings Bilingual capabilities Experience working with specific populations (elderly, developmentally disabled, etc.)

SCHEDULE
Full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options available. Hours may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on client needs and availability.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
