Job Description
We are a busy family seeking a dependable, organized household helper to assist with daily household tasks and help keep our home running smoothly. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order, takes initiative, and appreciates a clean, healthy home environment. Schedule 4 days per week (Monday-Friday) You choose the four weekdays that work best for your schedule 3-4 hours per day Flexible daytime hours Approximately 12-16 hours per week Responsibilities Washing and putting away dishes Laundry (washing, folding, and putting away clothing and linens) Vacuuming and light floor care Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and children's spaces General tidying and household organization Basic food prep to assist with snacks, dinner or packed lunches Other light household support as needed About Our Home We maintain a low-toxin, health-conscious household and prioritize organic foods, natural cleaning products, and a fragrance-free or low-fragrance environment. We're looking for someone who is comfortable supporting these household preferences and following established routines. Ideal Candidate Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual Detail-oriented and organized Able to work independently and efficiently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous housekeeping, household assistant, or similar experience is helpful but not required Compensation $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and expertise Flexible scheduling Supportive and respectful family environment To Apply Please tell us about your experience, your preferred schedule, and what interests you about this position.
