Caregiver (On-Call)

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you assist. Responsibilities Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients. Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. Monitor and document patient care activities and report any changes in condition. Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Provide first aid or emergency care as needed. Skills Experience in senior care or long-term care settings is preferred. Knowledge of caregiving best practices and patient care techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Familiarity with nursing home protocols is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to follow care plans accurately while adapting to individual client needs. Basic first aid certification is advantageous.
