Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and resident-centered CNA to join our Resident Services Department at The Inn at University Village! Full-time opportunities! Earn between $21 and $23/hour, dependent on experience! Day Shift available! 6AM
  • 2PM; swing, 2PM
  • 10PM, rotating 4 on
  • 2 off including weekends and holidays.

Who you are:
You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal aide. This role delivers in a safe and efficient manner the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents. What you'll do: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility. Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance. Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary. Keep the environment safe and clean for residents. Observe and uphold resident rights at all times. Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) in Washington State. NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs will need additional training and testing prior to working and earning the same rate as a CNA. Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations. Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely. Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
