Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Caregiver to join our team in. In this vital role, you will provide nurturing, attentive care to children of various ages, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a positive environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily activities. Implement child development instruction techniques tailored to individual needs, including preschool and toddler care strategies. Apply first aid and pediatric first aid procedures promptly when necessary Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or similar environments. Hands on experience working with those on the Autism spectrum is highly preferred. Certification in first aid and CPR; pediatric first aid training is highly preferred. Familiarity with special education needs or experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.. Ability to handle behavior management with patience and positive reinforcement strategies. Driver's license and reliable vehicle
Pay:
$17.97 - $20.00 per hour
