  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities.

Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, toddlers, infants, and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and medication management when applicable Support early childhood development through age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Follow mandated reporting laws by documenting concerns related to abuse or neglect and reporting them promptly to appropriate authorities Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid and CPR protocols Collaborate with families, teachers, or healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet individual needs Engage children in educational activities that foster childhood development and teach foundational skills in a nurturing setting Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones Hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, or individuals with disabilities is highly valued Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; ongoing training in mandated reporting laws and behavior management is preferred Proven ability to create engaging learning environments through teaching experience with young children or youth programs teaching experience Familiarity with childcare best practices including daycare experience or working with children with special needs is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating a caring environment where every individual feels valued and supported.
