POSITION SUMMARY

The more you bring to the table, the more we pay you on shifts of 4 hours or more, it's that simple . $100 Bonus every time you complete 100 hours, equal to earning an extra $1 per hour, but sweeter because it comes in a nice lump sum Driving Bonus , get rewarded for using your vehicle to help your clients Overtime Pay at time and a half Holiday Pay at time and a half Paid Time Off- PTO banked for you every hour you work Referral Bonuses when you refer other caregivers or new clients What You Need to Apply § 1 year of paid, professional caregiving experience (beyond caring for relatives) § A work Reference § Caregiving Skills , including:
- Safe transfers using a Gait Belt
- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Support other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) § Show you have the necessary skills in 1 of 2 ways:
- Proof of training (CNA, Nursing, CBRF, HHA, PCW, or currently enrolled in a healthcare program), or
- Demonstrate them at our office § Valid Driver's License § Reliable Vehicle you can always use for work § Pass a background check and drug test
Shift Availability:
ONLY WEEKENDS 1ST, 2ND OR 3RD SHIFTS!
Franklin Saturday 1pm- 3pm Glendale Saturday and Sunday 7am-2pm Glendale Saturday and Sunday 2pm-10pm Glendale Friday and Saturday 10pm-7am Salem Saturday and Sunday Brookfield Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm/4pm-10pm Mequon Saturday and Sunday 10am-1pm Sussex Saturday and Sunday 8am-2pm Milwaukee Saturday and Sunday 8am-10am Caregiver Responsibilities Fall prevention and safety supervision Transfers using Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt Bathing, grooming, and toileting Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders Hospice and memory care support Companionship and engagement Transporting clients to errands and appointments Maintaining a safe and clean home More Benefits… Weekly pay Paid orientation Health, dental, and vision insurance Raises at 30 days, 90 days, and annually Hiring Process Submit application Schedule interview quickly Speak with our team Begin work once cleared
