Job Description
Are you tired of facility burn out? Community Horizons is assisting in finding caregivers to come in home to provide care one on one. This member is a young female member in her home setting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections and providing hands-on support with daily care needs. Requires full-care assistance, including use of a Hoyer lift, help with showers, dressing, brief changes, transfers, and other daily living activities. Care is provided in a comfortable home environment with support from family members. The member enjoys puzzles, scrabble, horses, and spending time visiting and engaging in activities. We are looking for someone who is kind, attentive, personable, and able to create a positive and respectful environment. Hours will be around 4pm-9pm and are set in a two-week rotating schedule.
