We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Job Posting Help provide quality care, support independence, and give families peace of mind by becoming a Respite Provider. We are seeking a Respite Provider to provide respite to an Elementary age female with disabilities by providing safe, engaging, and person-centered care. This rewarding role gives Parents a much-needed break while helping this elementary-age female child enjoy community activities, build relationships, and participate in meaningful experiences. This child has hearing impairment, development disabilities, and strict diet This child loves music, dancing, math, read- chapter books, playing Skip-Bo card game, camping and being outside. Wages $14.13 per hour Schedule 6 hours a week Afternoon, Evening, and Weekend hours Primarily Every Other Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Flexible Schedule Responsibilities Provide 1:1 constant supervision and support in the home and community Maintain a safe and supportive environment Assist in maintaining routine including ADL's (daily hygiene reminders/ assistance) Assist with Meal/Snack preparation based on the client's dietary needs. Provide transportation to Community Outings and Appointments Encourage independence, choice, and community inclusion Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Criminal/Caregiver background check. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required. 1 year of Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred Compassionate individuals with 1 year of childcare or respite care experience preferred. Ability to enforce a daily schedule while being a compassionate and patient with the child. College Students, Special Education Teachers, Special Education Paraprofessionals encouraged to apply! JOB REQUIREMENTS

Authorized to work in the U.S. Criminal/Caregiver background check. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required. Ability to remain active & Be fast on your feet and ready to keep up! Compassionate individuals with childcare or respite care experience preferred. Experience with children with Autism or development disability preferred. Individual attending High School and College encouraged to apply.
