We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Location:

Care in child's home + occasional local outings Seeking a compassionate, reliable respite provider to support a bright, energetic young girl with autism and ADHD. This role focuses on building independence, confidence, and daily life skills through supportive 1:1 care.

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, attentive supervision Teach and assist with daily living skills (hygiene reminders, simple meal prep, light tasks) Encourage independence using step by step guidance Support social emotional growth with structured routines and play Communicate regularly with the family

Ideal Provider:

Experience with autism/ADHD or neurodiverse children Patient, consistent, and empathetic Comfortable teaching life skills with positive reinforcement CPR/First Aid preferred

Requirements:
