Job Description

Are you a compassionate and dependable individual with a passion for helping others? Synergy HomeCare of Walworth County is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support to clients throughout Walworth County. We welcome experienced caregivers, those exploring a new career path, and anyone with a genuine desire to make a difference. No prior experience? Key Responsibilities:
Providing Personal Care:
Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assisting with
Mobility:
Helping clients move safely around their homes, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.
Meal Preparation:
Planning and preparing meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.
Light Housekeeping:
Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including tasks like laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Companionship and Emotional Support:
Providing a stable and supportive presence, engaging clients in activities, and fostering social interaction.
Transportation:
Driving clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.
Observing and Reporting:
Monitoring changes in clients' physical or mental health and reporting promptly to office staff.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Reliable Vehicle Pass National Background Check Must be reliable and trustworthy. Have a genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of our clients
