Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience growth. Coordinate advertising sales efforts by creating compelling proposals and managing media buying across multiple channels. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation. Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and inform strategic planning for B2B marketing initiatives. Track budgets for campaigns, optimize performance marketing spend, and report on ROI to stakeholders. Collaborate with product management teams to develop promotional strategies for new product launches or updates. Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms. Solid knowledge of performance marketing tactics including e-commerce optimization and print advertising. Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities for compelling content creation. Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on product management and sales support is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail within budget constraints. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for continuous growth.
