Duties Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changing for infants and young children Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, behavior management, and social skills Implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster curiosity and growth in preschool-aged children Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences for care plans Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards in daycare or home settings Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification or training in first aid and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or individuals with disabilities is a strong plus Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques Strong communication skills to collaborate with families, children, and team members Passion for nurturing children's growth and supporting their emotional well-being Join us in creating a warm, engaging environment where children thrive!
