PT Caregiver for Independent Living

Hours Available:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5 pm - 10 pm

Green Bay, WI Pay $16.32

Tasks:

Monitor residents' safety and well-being during evening hours, ensuring a secure environment. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary restrictions and care plans. Maintain cleanliness of the living space by performing light cleaning duties and sanitation tasks. Use specialized equipment such as Sit to stand lift to assist with mobility when necessary. Qualifications Prior experience 3+ years working in assisted living, group homes, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use Sit to Stand Lift. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and residents' families. Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude toward providing high-quality patient care during evening hours. Flexibility to work evenings on a part-time basis Monday, Tues and Thursday evenings from 5pm to 10pm
