  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable NOC Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to residents throughout our CBRF, including both our Memory Care and Assisted Living communities.
While previous caregiving experience is preferred, it is not required for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong commitment to resident-centered care, and the ability to complete all required certifications, including medication administration. As a NOC Caregiver, you will play an essential role in promoting residents' safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being by providing attentive personal care, support, and assistance throughout the overnight hours. Responsibilities Provide support with evening and morning routines, including grooming assistance and preparing residents for the day ahead. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health status is maintained. Medication administration experience preferred, with the ability to become a Med Lead and accurately pass medications while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Certification is not required to apply; training opportunities may be available.
  • Support residents during the night.
Utilize assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids to ensure safe transfers and prevent injury. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties including cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control practices are followed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members to develop personalized care plans aligned with each resident's needs. Skills Must be 16 years or older. CBRF training and certifications (Medication Administration, First Aid, Fire Safety, and Standard Precautions) preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate. Previous caregiving experience in a CBRF, assisted living, or memory care setting preferred. Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities. Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
