  • 1 AM | $25 an hour We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to join our
  • Assisted Living team.
This is a 1-to-1 care position , where you will be assigned to support a single resident in our assisted living community, providing consistent and personalized care during each shift. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who values meaningful work and has experience in caregiving, personal care, or memory care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support in a calm, respectful manner Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Communicate effectively with team members, nurses, and family members Support residents during mealtime and activity engagement Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs is essential. Experience working in group homes or assisted living facilities is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for patient transfers and mobility assistance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow detailed instructions for patient care.
