Job Description
ATTENTION CAREGIVERS
looking to grow with an amazing company!! JOIN our team of all stars in a non-violent and low cares 4 bed home. Full time hours, regular schedules and no drama!! Our business model centers around our clients, in a person-centered environment, to create a professional and stable home for staff and residents. For this reason we do not accept clients that are violent or have high medical needs. This is a well kept, clean, and spacious 4 bedroom home with DD, elderly, and Alzheimers client base. The House Lead- Caregiver will support and lead our already successful program. We are dedicated to giving our leaders the support and training to be a successful addition to our tenured and established team. Once trained the team leader will support staff scheduling, daily cares, resident needs, and company initiatives. We have support staff in place and will train in the right person. House Lead
- Caregiver position will be scheduled for majority AM shifts and be expected to manage staff and schedules which will include their ability and availability to cover for staff on all three shifts if needed.
AM shift:
7:00 am- 3:00 pm PM shift: 3:00 pm
- 11:00 pm
Overnight:

Specific duties:
- Ensure the safety, comfort, health and welfare of each individual in their care.
- Help individuals with their daily tasks, as necessary.
- Assist in proper lifting and transferring of individuals.
- Passing medications and doing proper documentation.
- Document accurately for each individual's progress plan daily.
- Provide training and assistance individual's in daily living skills.
- Following each individuals daily routines, set up in the CSSP Addendum.
- Assure all individuals rights are being observed.
- Proven experience or interest in this or relevant position. We will train the right candidates
- Committed to health & safety
- Transport individuals as necessary.
- Take individuals out into the community.
- Create a nurturing environment for all in the facility.
- Manage Interview, Hiring and training of newly hired staff as needed or directed by Management.
- Create, maintain, and manage the staff schedule.
- Attend all staff meetings and trainings (online and off site).
- Maintain confidentiality of all material, records, etc of individuals.
- Help individuals in bathing, toileting, dressing and other personal cares as needed.
- Competency in ARCH policy and procedures and mandated policies by DHS.
- Ensure individual's laundry is clean, assist or wash as required with each individual.
- Other reasonable duties as requested by Management or ARCH ownership.
- Prepare well balanced meals within the guidelines of each individual's requirements or special diets.
