The View at Johnson Creek is looking for caregivers to join our team in a Weekend Warrior position. This position is ideal for those that have busy schedules during the week and looking for extra income in the healthcare field. We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide quality care to our residents, while working within a team that truly cares. This position would require every Saturday and Sunday working 8 hour shifts. We are currently looking to hire for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am). The ideal candidate will be reliable and able to work both independently and in a team. Positivity and smiles are a must! Must be 18 to work in a Wisconsin CBRF. Responsibilities Assist residents with ambulation and mobility Assist residents with personal care and hygiene Help residents with exercise and activities Perform ADL's according to residents' individualized service/care plan Comply with all federal state laws including Resident Rights Perform light housekeeping duties that residents can't complete on their own Provide an exceptional dining experience Be a pleasant and supportive Communicate with residents in a kind, respectful, and gentle manner Report any unusual incidents or change of condition Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Effectively manage and prevent behaviors Medication administration Maintains training compliance Ability to work independently as well as being an effective part of a team Skills Proven experience as a caregiver Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance High school diploma or equivalent
