Wage:
The caregiver wage is $16/hour. In addition, we are piloting a weekend incentive where direct care hours worked between 3pm on Friday and 10pm on Sunday are paid out at $18.50/hour. Positions Available (please note that all positions include an every other weekend rotation): Every other weekend 1st shift (8 hours per week) Every other weekend 2nd shift plus one to two shifts during the week (16-20 hours per week) Why Join Our Team? Paid training We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals receiving services in our state-licensed Adult Family Homes and Community Supported Living Program. We welcome individuals who are passionate about helping others and creating positive outcomes for those they support. (Please note, all positions include an every other weekend rotation.) Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration and/or reminders. Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment. Assist with mobility needs and lifting when necessary. Schedule and coordinate appointments and communicate with healthcare providers and other professionals. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in a respectful, person-centered manner. Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for those receiving services. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must successfully complete a Caregiver Background Check. Valid driver's license preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a commitment to providing quality care.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.50 per hour
