As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship. This position requires a strong commitment to client well-being and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations Duties Provide personal care services such as bathrooming, dressing, and assistance with meals. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety during lifting. Engage in memory care activities to stimulate cognitive function. Observe and report any significant changes in client health or behavior. Support individuals with disabilities through tailored care strategies. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being. Collaborate with a team of caregivers to ensure comprehensive client support. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not necessary. Knowledge client monitoring techniques. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality. Maintain reliable attendance to ensure the best care and attention is given to all clients.
