Weekends Resident Assistant/Caregiver 1235 South 24th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220 From $23.37 an hour - Part-time From $23.37 an hour - Part-time We are seeking 16/24 Status, Three Weekends per month, Resident Assistants (Caregivers) on the AM/PM shift to join our team! The starting wage for this position is $23.37 per hour on the AM shift and $26.60 per hour on the PM shift. The 16/24 Status is the perfect solution for those that have busy week days as the position only requires working 3 weekends per month with the bonus of an increased rate of pay. Our Shady Lane, Inc. campus provides quality care to residents needing rehab that focuses on goal oriented daily tasks; home-like assisted living; and customized skilled nursing care. No matter what the need we are committed to provide compassionate care at a reasonable cost as a non-profit community based organization. We strive for excellence here at Shady Lane and have a 5 Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for annual health inspections, staffing ratios, and quality measures. The Resident Assistant will promote dignity and respect to residents, provide compassionate care while assisting residents with activities of daily living, and will work in a team environment practicing good communication and cooperation. RA's that pass medication on their shift will receive an additional $2 per hour. We offer the CBRF Medication course to RA's that are interested in medication administration.
