Part Time Caregivers ~ Milwaukee and Waukesha County~ All Shifts

Creative Community Living Services (CCLS) is currently in need CBRF Caregivers for our group homes located in Milwaukee and Waukesha County. Hours Available:

Part time Weekdays and Weekends- ALL Shifts Potential opportunities to pick up shifts Paid sleep positions available (10.00 per hour) Potential to move into a Full-Time position if desired

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal cares and leisure time activities Assist with residents taking prescribed medications Follow all DHS and CCLS policies, rules and regulations Deliver care as prescribed in each care plan Record all activity in the medical record Adhere to proper documentation

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED. Six months of experience in an assisted living facility or experience with direct care in any environment. Are able to learn and use care plan computer software Acceptable criminal background information disclosure
