Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, and companionship. You will also help with exercises and other daily tasks as directed by the supervisor. This role requires a compassionate, dependable individual who values dignity and independence for every client. Qualifications CNA license (Wisconsin) preferred but not required CBRF certificates preferred but not required 1 year of experience preferred High school diploma or GED preferred If under 18, must be enrolled in a Youth Apprentice and diploma/GED program Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to perform physical tasks safely and effectively Must be able to travel to client homes, including those not on public transit routes Reliable transportation preferred, valid driver's license and current insurance if driving. 75% of clients on campus, 25% off campus.
