PM SHIFT LEAD
(CBRF) — MED‑CERTIFIED Required Position Overview Our Community‑Based Residential Facility is looking for a dynamic, Med‑Certified PM Shift Lead who brings energy, confidence, and compassion to the evening shift. This is the heartbeat of our building — the time when teamwork matters most, residents need reassurance, and leadership keeps everything running smoothly. What You'll Lead & Oversee PM Team Leadership — Guide caregivers, support teamwork, and ensure care plans are followed with excellence. Medication Management — Administer meds safely, maintain schedules, and document accurately. Healthcare Compliance — Uphold HIPAA, state regulations, and facility policies with unwavering professionalism. Documentation Excellence — Complete incident reports, ADLs, and shift notes with accuracy and clarity. Resident Support — Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, catheter care, dementia care, and emotional reassurance. Family & Team Collaboration — Communicate effectively with leadership, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Safe Lifting & Transfers — Model proper manual handling techniques to protect both residents and staff. What You Bring to the Table Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals , or similar senior‑care settings. Strong background in Alzheimer's/dementia care , hospice, home care, or acute medical environments. Familiarity with medical terminology , med pass procedures, and documentation standards. Med Certification — required. Ability to perform safe heavy lifting and resident transfers. Strong understanding of HIPAA and state healthcare laws.
