This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will play a key part in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve through attentive, respectful, and professional care. Your energetic approach and commitment to compassionate service will make a meaningful difference every day. Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, noting changes in condition, and reporting concerns promptly Administer medications accurately following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for confidentiality Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Support patients with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or autism by implementing specialized care techniques Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices safely and effectively Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning routines and infection control practices Document patient progress, update care plans, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members All training will be provided on the job and in classroom setting Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or hospice needs is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Strong communication skills with a compassionate attitude toward patients and their families Demonstrated ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols Join our team as a Caregiver if you are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives through dedicated caregiving.
