Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated home health caregivers to provide exceptional in-home support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities and healthcare management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient-centered care, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by delivering personalized care within their home environments. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and observe patients' conditions Support clients with specialized needs individuals with developmental disabilities. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with meal planning and preparation. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing personal spaces. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed accurately. Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive living environment for clients. Requirements Prior experience in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or long-term care environments is highly preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is desirable. Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care. Reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and valid driver's license for travel between locations and with clients.
