Oshkosh Pay:

$14.42/hour

Schedule:

16 hours per week (2 set days) + 5 additional hours per month based on parent work schedule (you'll always know in advance)

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience supporting individuals with non-verbal autism
• A calm, confident approach and the ability to provide structured, consistent support
• Comfort working in a pet-friendly home (the family has a cat)
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Daily Responsibilities Your support will help create a safe, engaging, and predictable environment.

Duties include:

• One-on-one engagement and supervision
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Meal preparation
• Remaining steady, patient, and supportive during moments of escalation
• Providing compassionate, structured support that helps this young teen feel understood and secure

Pay:

$14.39 - $14.42 per hour
