These Caregiver will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be dependable, compassionate, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks to help clients remain comfortable and safe in their homes. What does a Transitions at Home Caregiver do? A Caregiver performs services for the clients as necessary to maintain the personal care and comfort of the client while in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the NM Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Change linens and do laundry Offer medication reminders and ensure safety monitoring Run errands like shopping and transportation to doctor's appointments Assist with exercises prescribed by physicians or physical therapists
Hours:

Job Requirements:
