Summary We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team at Cardinal Ridge. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our facilities. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life. Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff. Help organize activities and engage residents in social interactions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Experience in residential care or similar settings is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed. Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
