Non-Medical Caregiver / Personal Care Worker

About us True Comfort Home Care is a family-owned business in Jefferson, WI. We are professional but a fun company to work for with a rewarding feeling. Our goal is to Provide a safe and fun environment for our participants in a casual atmosphere while rewarding the caregivers.

Hiring for:

Watertown-every other weekend 4p-11p. To help a member with dinner, dressing, general cleaning, playing games, companionship, help getting her into bed, possible shower, etc. If you are looking for other hours as well, we can build a schedule around your availability!

Our work environment includes:

Casual work attire On-the-job training Flexible working hours- Choose YOUR hours from 4-40 a week! Weekly Direct Deposit Weekly Incentive and Random Bonuses Choose the town(s) you wish to work in Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes with daily activities. Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing (as needed), and meal preparation. Observe and report changes in clients' health and behavior to appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Drive clients to appointments and social activities as needed. Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere to enhance clients' well-being. Assist with laundry. Requirements Driver's License Reliable Vehicle Working Cell Phone Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but willing to train. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations .

What we do:

True Comfort provides non-medical assistance to members in their own home. We assist with tasks such as, general light cleaning, meal prep, laundry assistance, grocery shopping/errands, along with socialization/companionship, personal cares.
