What You'll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll help adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges live fulfilling, independent lives.

Daily responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily living activities Supporting a safe and comfortable home environment Communicating clearly with coworkers and supervisors

What We're Looking For:

A compassionate, reliable caregiver who must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients Experience helpful but not required - we provide training!
