Caregiver (PRN) - As Needed ***Flexible Schedule; pick up open shifts***

• Opening for PRN (as needed) Caregivers to pick up open shifts that work best for you and your schedule • PALS is looking for a PRN (as-needed) Caregiver to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals seeking flexible work hours as you will have the ability to pick up open shifts that align with your schedule. There is no set schedule - you decide when and how often you want to work by choosing shifts that fit your availability; the only requirement is to pick up at least one shift every two weeks. As an essential member of the caregiving team, you will have the chance to use your interpersonal skills to provide superior care to our residents. You will create strong relationships as you work with clients to provide basic services including, but not limited to, assisting with activities of daily living, encouraging engagement in activities, meal prepping, medication administration and light housekeeping.
