Caregiver/Resident aid

Job Overview Hilltop Grand Village we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Resident Aid to join our team in providing exceptional support and care to residents in a variety of long-term care settings. You will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities through personalized care and attentive support. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health status Administer medications following prescribed protocols and document all medication administration accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping duties and adherence to infection control standards Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and medication tracking Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated Proven ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively while providing compassionate support Strong communication skills combined with a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life Join us in creating a nurturing environment where every resident feels valued, respected, and cared for. $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
