may be chosen to participate in Nurse-led training to assist in nurse-delegated procedures (dependent on client demand) You will provide services in accordance with an established plan of care, including but not limited to: Assisting with transferring/moving clients from place to place throughout their home Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning the bathroom Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions and specialized diets Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
Personal Care:
Bathing, Showering, Dressing, Shaving, Assistance with Dressing Medication reminders Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises Dementia care Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc. Observe and Report changes in the client's condition or intake condition Checking vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen Assisting with change of ostomy appliances Reinforcement of dressings (non-sterile) Measuring intake and output Qualifications and Skills for our Caregiver Professionals

High School Graduate or G.E.D Certificate Preferred Must be able to pass a background, fingerprint, and drug screening Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for job Must be able to lift or move 50 pounds without assistance Have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance Current and valid CPR and First Aid We truly believe that where you work matters.
