Mentor:

Experienced caregivers have the opportunity to participate in our 6-week mentoring program, supporting and guiding new team members. Mentors serve as role models, offering both personal and professional support while helping new hires succeed. What We're Looking For Reliable transportation Valid driver's license or state ID A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude A genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives Base Pay:

$13.00-$16.00/hour (based on experience) $1,000

Sign-On Bonus Weekend Differential:
