Duties Provide attentive care to children, infants, and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and dressing for young children Support early childhood development through educational activities, playtime, and behavior management techniques Implement age-appropriate teaching strategies to promote childhood development and learning Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to safety standards and promotes positive behavior Qualifications Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones Certifications in first aid and CPR are a strong plus Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques Passion for nurturing growth and fostering a safe, supportive environment for children of all ages Join us in creating joyful moments and supporting the developmental journeys of those you care for!
