Overview The Case Manager will serve to deliver exceptional customer experiences to patients and providers with an emphasis on clinical outcomes, national accreditation, and pharmaceutical excellence. The Case Manager assists patients with specialty medications through insurance verification, prior authorization support, copay and foundational assistance, and ongoing patient follow up.
