Position Overview Kings View is seeking a Case Manager I - IDD to provide individualized counseling, advocacy, intervention, and case management services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while supporting implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs). Key Responsibilities Coordinate services and supports for assigned caseloads Implement and monitor Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Train and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Facilitate meetings with families, individuals, and oversight agencies Prepare ISP progress reports and required documentation Provide training in vocational, personal, and social development areas Monitor individual progress and recommend service modifications Conduct site visits in residential and community settings Coordinate service authorizations and reports Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field Two (2) years of related experience in IDD services preferred Valid California Driver's License (Class C) Knowledge of person-centered planning and ISP implementation Experience coordinating services and supporting DSPs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Kings View is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
