Case Manager I - Community Living Services Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Concord, California $1,000 Hiring Bonus The hiring bonus is paid in installments: $500 after 60 days of employment $250 after 90 days of employment $250 after 180 days of employment Make a Meaningful Difference—With a Team That Supports You Adaptive Learning Center (ALC) is looking for a positive, dependable, and compassionate Case Manager who wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. This is an active, community-based position—not a traditional desk-centered case management role. You will work directly with a small caseload of adult members, helping them strengthen the skills, confidence, and connections needed to live as independently as possible. At ALC, you will be part of a collaborative team that values communication, follow-through, mutual support, and a shared commitment to the people we serve. We are looking for someone who brings positive energy to their work, takes pride in being dependable, and wants to grow with an organization known for its supportive culture and strong sense of community.
